I want to take this opportunity to thank you and PASSTIME for a great business relationship. We have been using the PASSTIME Collateral Protection System since the summer of 2001, and without a doubt it has been essential in the growth of our company.

As you know, we have just started purchasing contracts in our third state... our dealers and their customers have taken to PASSTIME with little or no problem. When there is a question, your staff is right on top of it! Your product is excellent and your company’s attention to detail and customer service is unsurpassed.

Our delinquency has gone from around 11% without PASSTIME to less than 5% with PASSTIME. Repossessions went from 15% to fewer than 3%, and skips to under 1/2%. My collection staff has been reduced to 2/3rds, and we are looking forward to the day that all our accounts have PASSTIME installed.

I will end this letter with the same quote I gave you a couple years ago. “We will not buy a contract without PASSTIME... need I say more!”
